Welcome to our accident reporting section;  using this section you can report an accident and make arrangements to carry out repairs without calling Knowles Associates.

Simply answer the following questions and we will guide you through the process.  However, if at anytime you would prefer to speak to a member of our staff please call  0870 3002300.

1. What is your name
2. What is your vehicle registration number
3. Which organisation do you work for
4. Can the vehicle continue to be driven safely on the road?        yes/no
5. Is the vehicle secure?                                                                yes/no 
6. Was anyone in your car injured?                                               yes/no
7. Were any other cars involved?                                                  yes/no

If NO to 4 and 5 and YES to 6 then Report an Accident

The description that you provide will determine whether you are to blame or whether it was a third party.  This is very important because we will use this information to recover the cost of the damage and any injury or other costs.  This will ensure that you will recover the insurance excess and maintain your no claims history, in addition it will ensure that we can maintain lower insurance premiums;

Tips:

- Never admit liability
- Make sure that any sketches that we may request are clear
- Try and take a photograph of the scene, the damage to your car and the third party vehicle or property
- Weather and road conditions
- Describe the scene as accurately as possible e.g. narrow road, road markings, road signs etc.

Next step: you can either contact the garage yourself or you can select 'contact me'  When the vehicle is booked in for repairs you will be provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the repair.  You can either arrange to take your vehicle into the garage or request the garage to arrange collection if possible.
